Billing & Credits
Every video you generate costs credits. The exact amount depends on length and complexity — a short clip with captions costs less than a multi-scene video with voiceover and music. Your dashboard shows the credit cost before you hit generate, so there are no surprises.
You won't be able to generate new videos until your credits renew at the start of your next billing cycle. We don't auto-charge for overages — when you're out, you're out until renewal.
Credits reset each billing cycle. If you're consistently leaving credits on the table, that's a signal to consider a lower plan. You can always upgrade again later — there's no penalty.
You're charged the new plan rate immediately. Any unused credits from your current plan carry over to the new one. Your billing cycle resets to the upgrade date.

Plans & Upgrades
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your current plan until then.
You keep full access until your current billing period ends. After that, you can still log in and view your content history, but video generation is disabled. Your account isn't deleted.
